We hosted a Self-Defence Seminar which was held during International Training Camp from 1st to 10 September 2022 at the Darjeeling Gymkhana Club, Darjeeling was a great success. During the seminar, we provided comprehensive training to the members of Darjeeling Police focusing on practical techniques for personal safety. Our experienced instructors led engaging sessions that covered everything from basic defence moves to situational awareness strategies. Participants actively practiced techniques in a supportive environment. The self-defence seminar successfully met its objectives, providing valuable skills and knowledge to participants.
